Returns

Due to the nature of mystery products, all sales are final once an item has been opened.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened Luxe Mystery ETB Boxes or slab bags under any circumstances.

Unopened Returns

We may accept returns on unopened items within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be completely unopened and in original condition  
• All seals must be intact  
• The item must be returned in the same condition it was received  

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Any item returned opened, tampered with, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Buyback Program

Luxe Mystery offers optional buybacks on select items at current market rates.

If you receive a product and prefer to sell it back, you may request a buyback quote by contacting us.

Buyback prices are based on recent market comps and current demand, and are typically below retail to account for resale costs and market conditions.

Buybacks are not guaranteed and are offered at our discretion.
